Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a partial view from its terrace, but the rooms are a bit small and poorly furnished. The aircon system is not very effective, but the location is great for exploring the charming town and river views. The staff was kind and helpful, although some recommendations were missed. Dining options were available for an additional fee but enjoyable with a nice buffet on the sunny terrace overlooking the river.
The hotel has poor noise insulation, but the rooms on a different road provide a castle and river view from a large terrace. The service was not very friendly, but the hotel overlooks the river and downtown Mértola. The dining is insanely expensive, and the facilities are in a really stylish dining room. Overall, not the best all-around experience.
The hotel offers a mixed experience with some drawbacks. The rooms, although clean, lack space and noise insulation, which could impact comfort. The location provides peaceful views of the river Guadiana but faces challenges with noisy cyclists. Dining is optional but expensive and might not justify the added cost.
